Sedona UMC’s Fall Festival & Art Fair
Sunday, October 27TH 10am-4pm
Our church is located on heavily trafficked HWY 179 between the Village of Oak Creek & Sedona! This is a wonderful opportunity to sell your creations to locals & travelers alike. Festival will be advertised in local print ads (Red Rock News, The Villager), online (local Facebook groups, next door) & street signage. The day’s events will include a short outdoor worship, pet blessing& trunk or treat.

In our lovely Fellowship Hall, near parking lot, signage will be provided
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
• Submit Vendor Application & payment (next page)
• Outdoor vendors require City of Sedona Business License which can be obtained at www.sedonaaz.gov. (There are special event permits available) Vendors must have a valid Arizona Tax Id and pay all state and local taxes, SUMC will not be responsible for vendor tax.
• You must provide your own pop-up (sunshade). Weighted corners are suggested, as winds come through
• You must provide your own display, tables & chairs
LOGISTICS
• Outdoors, rain or shine, on the SUMC front parking lot, SR 179 at Back o’ Beyond traffic circle
• The event hours are 10-4 Sunday, October 27th
• Outdoor pop-up booths can be set up Saturday evening 3-5 p.m. but there will be no security on site overnight outside.
• Sunday indoor & outdoor set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. Cars must be parked in upper lot after unloading.
